As a WOMAN who also has an invisible disability I get SO ICREDIBLY SICK of doctors just telling me to drink more water or blame shit on anxiety or being a woman with a period. One time I had these seizure like episodes and the school nurse (who is also a woman) just watched it happen and thought I was faking and when my dad arrived he thought I WAS...... reply
It was a huge trend online a few years ago but I never tried it thinking it was some dumb hoax. I would imagine it’s similar to lucid dreaming. To explain it it’s probably just some way to make your chances greater of having a lucid dream with specific details your brain comes up with.(￣∇￣") reply
