I read this manga a long time ago, so I don't remember much. Basically, the MC is the Class President and the ML is a playboy who's nearly failing all his class or something. The homeroom teacher asked MC if he can tutor the ML. Later, they grow close and ML even gives MC a cute cat keychain.
