It's kind of odd that the parents don't have any money saved up and whoever is writing this manga thinks it's ok for the two sisters to disregard responsibility like thinking of what's going to happen for their futures.

Lol, was watching the anime and was on episodr 11 and I feel like there would be judges to catch people cheating and whatnot. Also isn't the good guys never supposed to use underhanded methods? What is the manga world coming to?

this girl is so ahhh… and this story is so stereotypical, guy saves girl, girl can't think guy is looking for a girl he saw once and thinks is nice to him… what the, where are all the strong smart korean girls who kick ass and save the guy

http://www.mangago.me/read-manga/datte_maou_sama_wa_kare_ga_kirai/mf/v01/c003/11/ I don't like how this page says that girls just think about useless things and don't create solutions. I think this is obviously a ridiculous stereotype.

    yo January 17, 2015 1:57 am

thats soo often in yaoi or manga in general its fucking annoying

    Anonymous January 17, 2015 2:34 am

No, it refers about thinking too much on the other feelings and not acting on it. Typical on manga women stereotypes.

    Carmella January 17, 2015 2:59 am

Or it's gone the other direction, suggesting men are impulsive and poor at forethought/thinking through solutions?

    Anonymouse January 17, 2015 3:12 am

Actually in this case I think he's "acting like a girl in love", which he finds irritating because he doesn't want to love the other guy. I'd say it's more a throwaway comment, rather than a stereotype.

    That makes sense.

    Anxo January 17, 2015 3:55 pm

i don't like these stereotypes about women in yaoi mangas either. and it seems like they can only speak about women badly all the time or they only know evil/stupid/selfish women... :/ that's disappointing :(

    Anxo January 17, 2015 3:57 pm

and yaoi mangas are written by women! weird...

Not all yaoi is by women. there are some who are written by men.

    amy-chan January 18, 2015 8:39 am

Well it's not just in yaoi manga in movies and everyday life we always hear things like "acting like a teenage girl" or"don't cry like a girl " and many more
Everyone cries and falls in love but it's just more acceptable for girl to be like that than guys so they say it's "like a girl" when in fact it's just "like a human"

    Anxo January 18, 2015 8:07 pm

really? could you tell some titles pls? i'm curious.

frank December 9, 2014 6:08 pm

This manga is dangerous, Yuma may possibly be more idiotic than Souta. It's inviting dumber people to join the gay or lgbt community.

    UMmmm December 9, 2014 6:15 pm

aahhaha what are you even doing here then shooo shoo

frank December 8, 2014 11:19 pm

getting angry for no reason which is true in some cases but is a rather rash generalization. On chapter 1 27/36 I just heard something absolutely ridiculous. Sure there are girls who care if there are scars on their faces but there are also normal girls that don't care at all about what others think about what they look like. With that kind of comment, there's this feeling that the author is generalizing that all girls are dumbasses or just follow other people without the ability to think for themselves which is kind of reinforcing a negative stereotype.

    Little Devil December 9, 2014 4:59 am

You're thinking TOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH! The author is writing from the point of view of a typical dumb high school boy who think about girl in that way...not from a girl or the author point of view. Beside, this is 'A WORK OF FICTION.'

    cosplaythief December 9, 2014 12:53 pm

Calm down and don't blame it on the author. Even in the west there's this idea that scarring a woman's face is worse than if it's a guy. And that women should not have scars on their faces, I mean just look at the makeup industry. Therefore, since Yuki is not a girl he doesn't think having a scar on his face is such a big deal.

I honestly don't see how you translated what was happening on page 27 as "girls being dumb" that's not even what's being said!

    lostikins December 10, 2014 9:37 pm

I feel like you took this a little overboard. I agree fully with the two above me and being a girl myself I don't really find it offensive since it is in fact a work of fiction and done from the perspective of a high school boy. This also isn't the first time for a manga to state something along these lines before. Not to mention that the statement could go both ways. Not all boys are fine with facial scars. Anyways, the fact of the matter is that you took this a little too hard for a subject that doesn't really raise any sort of solid offense. x'DD
