The father didn’t want to let them share a room, but she insisted and the mother was fine with it so that she could talk to him about the capital. The mother even checked on them every 30 min to make sure nothing happened. Also, the father was mainly worried because he thought Mc was 18 and closer in age to his daughter, not 27 and a year younger than him. Even then, they still keep appropriate boundaries after knowing his true age.
The author did everything they could to show that it wasn’t that kind of situation. It honestly makes me wonder if you even fully read this manga before making this comment.

Agreed, a joke is a joke, but to some, it comes off as distasteful. Especially in these modern times where social media exposes a new pedo every other day. A lot of people are just sick of it, and I don’t blame em. Though, this manga is very lighthearted about it, compared to OTHERS!
