Uhh if you want to be technically correct with terms, then webtoon. Since webtoon is a format (scroll down) while manhwa is a korean term for comics. But most manhwas are in webtoon format so people just call webtoons as manhwas. Im fine either way

I like manhwa/webtoon more because they take less long to update and because they are in color but I also really like manga because it has more like (idk the name for it) like panels I guess

I would read both if the plot is good

For me... its rare to see manhwa/webtoon that could play with my feelings like manga did.. maybe because manga is black and white and the screentones gives off really nostalgic sad vibes so i mostly prefer emotional genres for manga..

While for webtoon and manhwa, i'll read more action and comedy because its fully coloured and the fight scenes is just *chef kiss* with all the colours. Also the smutty scene is just

definitely manga. more expressions and dialogues. I think manhwa is also pretty fun but since it is hard to sketch and color and usually the artist does not have an assistant so they tend to lessen the dialogue and scenes to save time to update faster ( i know this is not the case for every manhwa)

Both are good but prefer smut only in webtoons
