I want to smack you woman, I want to smack you so hard imma take that child out of you STOP. MAKING. ASSUMPTIONS. AND. JUST. FUCKING. ASK.
She managed an entire dukedom for years but making questions is the hardest thing that has crossed her path oh lorrrddtttt
Idk what to say but... I think she just feared what he might say to her having a baby with him. Even though I could hardly agree to the reasoning on the later panel of the storyline about him saying about him hating having a child.. SO she might thought that he might ask her to abort it or either kill it after being born? Either way she feared about the future they might have. (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜
I get that, but like… there are ways to ask that difficult question without asking it directly. Idk, how about, “hey how do you feel about having kids together?” Or “hey, should we have a kid?” “What will happen tomorrow when, let’s say, a kid of ours do…?” Again, i can’t understand how do you have the ability to manage a dukedom, basically a small country but have zero skills to discern what your “adversary” is thinking.
My only complaint so far is that MC knows that ML can't know that she is an angel/bird and, therefore, hides from him, but at the same time she expects him to know that the bird is her. Going around acting as if it was universal knowledge. Girl??? Are you really a bird with a bird brain?
Also, as I understand it, humans and angels practically have the same type of emotions, rationality and defects... So, tell me, why is this woman + 200 years old acting like an emotional little girl who doesn't know anything about interpersonal relationships?
And finally, I'm very annoyed by these modern writers who create infantilized female characters with military/fighting training, but zero brains to accompany that strength. You can't go to war being extremely impulsive, you are going to get killed or get everyone else killed. But they always masked it as "she's pretty and quirky LOL, she's also OP asf, but dumb! can’t have it all!”
Okey, I finished already. The end was rushed, but overall entertaining. It was a light reading. MC listened to me at the end and stopped being so childish, but I still have a complaint about writers and their need to ridicule strong female characters to make them somehow relatable.
The ML is total green flags and I understood I’m the one who has problems, because I miss Arhard (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
Little rant:
I’m sorry but no matter what you say, I can’t not believe someone as impulsive and hotheaded as Patricia can become a soldier, nevertheless a captain. She would be killed faster than anyone, you literally have to be OP to live as long as she did LOL, even if they never went to war before dying, she is a freaking liability. I mean there’s simply no way, military strategy is about who plays the best tricks not about who hits the hardest.
Ep 3 and MC seems like a classic pick me girl :o seriously, does this change? Because I do think she is rude asf going to a party she doesn’t want to go, have an attitude even tho she is the one in the wrong and then the audacity to be annoyed with some young girls who are literally educated thinking marriage is the best they can do.
I love reading this kind of content because it helps me understand the construction of universes as well as characters.
That being said, I don’t think this author understands very well the setting of their own world ☹. It is all over the place and I don’t get it. Are the nobles and commoners scared (as a ruled) of royalty? Like, do they respect or resent them? One episode they are trembling because of the crown prince and the next they are insulting his wife in his face

I’m sorry, he is so creepy
