So this might no be the most accurate summary but i took a look at the spanish raws (i cant speak spanish so i was just looking and what seemed important i used google translate ) miha leaves sohwa he was so devastated he got his memory back , miha went to rihan house they talked then rihan went to sohwa house and was basically telling him he is going to lose Miha if he keeps treating him like he does to which sohwa replies he doesn't need to because miha will be back cause he can't live without his dick(?) While this is going on miha is at miha house thinking ( i think he finally lost it and went crazy ) anyways he gets up to see was rihan back but turns out it was the guy who was at the store with the black hair dude he comes close and holds miha and tell him to be his miha struggles at first even trying to run and lock himself in one of the rooms but then the dude offers food they sit and eat together and talk ( i think there was a flashback and in the flash back their was the dude and he went to see the black haired guy and sohwa and miha dad was there with the blonde guy but the black haired guy and the dad was in to different rooms he goes and talk to the dad and blonde guy and say he's not close to sohwa idiot i think he meant miha then he goes and see the black haired who was naked with bite marks all over laying down smoking a cigarette they talk for a while black haired guy starts to cry ) back to present the guy convinces miha to come with him and as they are leaving rihan comes back he they talked for like 1 min then left after that rihan text the dude phone asking him why is he doing this to which he says its rihan and sohwa fault then it goes to miha and the dude talkinh again somewhere else then it goes to the black haired dude telling someone to get him a taxi to some where while he had a devious smile

This may contain spoilers I made a thread about this.... and I think maybe...... my theory could be correct now.. but we got to wait for new chapters in korean.
I was think Sohwa being stab... coma... and anemisa was not enough for “An incident takes place that hells Miha and Sohwa to reflect and figure out what they are feeling for each other”... Sohwa regain his memories and be seems to be the same. The incident may not happen. Sohwa would had to almost have to lose Miha to change. So what if the incident has not happen yet, Miha gets hurt to where Sohwa has to face his feelings. And what if in this Miha needs blood and maybe they will learn Miha is not related? Then again he could be. He just does not look like them.

I think.....but I will have to ask my friend. In the last chapter rihan is talking to the one(baek) with miha. Asking why is miha like this. Baek will said it is His(rihan) and Sohwa fault. Baek will ask for miha address just in case. Rihan gives it to him. He said in his think about miha and baek. He thinks sohwa needs to get in the right mind before it is too late. Then he thinks, It is sohwa that can’t live without Miha. Baek will send the address tk the black one Chungha. Chungha will ask for a taxi to go to the address. Sohwa and miha’s home. Baek is like miha an illegemate child and his father knows sohwa’s father. Miha is 28 years old, and born on January 1.
When sohwa is devastated .. miha tells him they were just brothers, sohwa does Not love him, at the end miha will say he was a toy and starts to walk off. sohwa was to go after him but something was wrong. He will start to remember and he thinks after he fainted he stayed. Miha is his. After a point he thinks A toy? What is wrong with that? Don’t children love their toys.
