So I read this manhwa/manhua a loooooong time ago so some details are probably inaccurate but it's about the Mc [female] drowning to her death i think and was sent [reincarnated?) to a place where people have cat ears and meet a pretty neko guy that seems to know her. I remember the ML being kind of a douche but he liked the fl. Fast forward, I think almost at the end of the story the fl died again from poison and was being piggybacked ride by the ml as she slowly loses her life. Mc came back to her world and meet a cat and I think it was the ml. apparently before all this, mc aided the ml when he was in the human world as a cat and developed a feeling. That's all I remember.
