It was a manhwa, the mc was a girl. she wants to be successful in life. and she recruited people that was meant to be successful in the future. two of the people she recruited was twins, both girls, and has red hair, the twins was isolated and only has each other, the other twin almost killed a person for insulting them, then they fought, made up, and then the mc offered them to work for her.
the mc is a girl and is blonde(?), and she saved a sect from ruins. I remember she has this one guy like a bodyguard whose strong but a huge sucker for cute things then turns out he's a mercenary leader but he quit because his favorite sword shattered
was a contract marriage involved?
