pedophilia shouldn't be used as abroad term to any adult who is interested in a minor. you could have an 18 year old interested in a 16 year old, is that person a pedo(adult and a minor in some places)? in some states the age of consent is 16. if that is ok by law, are they still pedophiles in your eyes? it's a psychiatric disorder, so using it as a broad term in reference to these scenarios is ignorance
