well I recommend you "Confined Together with the Horror Game’s Male Lead", it takes time to get there but he goes loco for sure, we talking self harm and kidnapping loco... Also "How About Cosmic Horror?", we don't know his full identity but the Ml is also crazy, and here its gaslight crazy mixed with supernatural being. Lastly I would recommend you "The Devil Raises a Lady", the Ml is giving yandere, overprotective and obsessed...I guess you'll like it (they all aren't "a little psycho" btw).
