I absolutely hated it and was dying of cringe when he referred to himself as “daddy” during their spicy scenes, and when he said, “I’ve molded you to fit all my preferences, and now I’m supposed to let another asshole have you?” EWWW. So creepy. Typical grooming talk.
2) Her desperation — and that’s why it’s even more frustrating that she goes back to him. I hated how she was begging him to divorce his wife. Bro, he’s going to cheat on you in 10 years when he sees another 18-year-old. Writers love using cheating as a trope to prove that a couple’s love is so strong. Notice how so many favorite love stories involve cheating:

- Scandal
There are so many more. Dang, this story really rage-baited me. I need to calm down!
It’s so annoying when the arrogant guy wins in the end. That ego and overconfidence in believing she will never leave, and then also saying that he knows her so well and that she was lying, was so annoying. Well, she never had a backbone, so I guess we can’t be too surprised.
Because I would call the cops if my ex kept showing up at my workplace, and I would obviously call an ambulance, but then call his family member to look after him. But no, she’s too dickmatized to even think clearly.
And don’t even get me started on how the author made her have sex with Hwaik so it would seem like she’s not dickmatized, because there’s still that stigma of a woman being attached to the man who took her first time, that they form an emotional attachment.
This is why I hate couples with pre-established relationships, because I’m really confused about how she fell in love with him in the first place.

she was young, naive and she liked how he spoiled her with money and gifts basically. i personally got an idea of how the story would be like from the first chapters + the name of the manhwa (hence why she slept with blondie too) & as u said she was groomed for his preferences so obvs shed get attached and act the way she acts hence again why she ends up with him. the author could of dragged this a lil bit more but honestly who cares? its fiction so for this one enjoy the sex cause its most definitely not worthy of getting frustrated over for
