So I read the novel and here are my thoughts......
essentially, the writing of the novel is fantastic, let's get that straight. The writing is so incredibly detailed that you can feel all of the characters' emotions, and the SMUT. Is written insanely well, I think some of the best smut scenes I've read in my life.
HOWEVER...... it's another one of those manhwas where it's like, yeah, it's interesting, but I could not get on board with the ML. He's creepy. The stuff he does is like... borderline emotional abuse and although I love some drama, something about him just was so off to me. Idk, I might just be being nitpicky... also, it kind of felt like the MC didn't have too much of a personality outside of his man. I wish he was developed a little more, because the ML's obsession with him seemed like it was only because they're soulmates, not for any other reason... it felt a little hollow to me.
REGARDLESS, I would say it was worth the read based off the writing alone, this author is insanely good at writing about a passionate romance. I just was personally off-put by the ML, but I'm sure there are people who disagree with me.
Oh also, there are no side stories with the baby................. truly diabolical, and that's what I really read till the end for....

OMGGG I CAME ON HERE JUST TO RANT ABOUT THIS. I’m pissed bc it started out so gooooddd like mc could’ve potentially be build up to have an amazing character development after being able to paint again but noooo he’s so boring and highkey kinda dumb bc how tf you went THAT long without wondering where tf the scent ml kept going on about were coming from…. Like he went out of his way to ask about alphas and omegas and knew that betas couldn’t smell or produce scent but ignored it everytime ml is desperately sniffing him or being weird/ talking about mc pheromones. Hes slow as hell too about the new york shit and not questioning ANYTHING. Just going along with whatever tf until shushu slipped up on the ml. ML is weird asf bc instead of being creepy and manipulative about trapping mc, he could’ve just talked to him. He should’ve seen that MC is a bird for him, that man aint going anywhere. Sex started out amazing but writer got lazy and stopped putting in as much effort into their sex scene after their feelings were mutual. (Currently on chap 86 cause it’s boring ash rn and i cant get myself to finish it).
also i have to say the way that everything came full circle and losing ha-on made the dragon appreciate the beauty and preciousness of humans as his creator wanted :((((( ITS TOO GOOD. PEAK WRITING

Don't really know, but since ml mentions growing pains in the dream he is probably in his late teens like 16/18, and we don't really know mcs age, he could be older or younger than 13 the poor kid was malnourished so we can't tell from his appearance but id guess he's probably older
Yeah, they're mot that far apart in age, growing kids can look wildly different at similar stages of growths, you'd be surprised, i was taller than my grandma at 13, but my cousin of the same age still looked super young compared to me, it happens
