i know this has been asked a lot but does anyone know any other manhwas where it’s like the emo boy x sunshine boyfriend? where emo boy pines like crazy.. ive read unsleep, red string quest, 1995 youth project, and unrequited love rendezvous, dangerous convenience store….

everytime i read this i keep thinking about how they’re probably not going to adapt the side stories, which in my opinion, are the best part of the novel because u really get to see them being soft for each other….. sigh……. all of this and for what

it felt sooo rewarding to finally see them really become a strong couple. It’s like “love history caused by willful negligence” imo side stories were better than the main plot but they never got adapted so all of the struggling just fell flat…

everyday without this story is hell chanyeong 10/10 yearner

i just read the novel and i have thoughts…

man, this novel was so bad. i really think this is the worst lightnovel ive read so far, it’s honestly kind of amazing how the manhwa made it so much better. i hope they continue to flesh things out in the manhwa rather than following the novel plot. the novel reads like it was written by a 16 year old who just wrote a bunch of different scenes out of order and stuck them together without even trying to connect them in a way that makes sense. also don’t get me started on the runaway arc… yumin i love you, but literally 45% of the novel is him running away because he thinks the top is going to EAT HIM. like i need you to be so serious rn. and the misunderstand jeeps going for so long i eventually just had to skip to where they get together again. and there are so many random story lines that get cut off or go nowhere. the smut is also badly written. regal less imma keep reading the manhwa but the novel really isn’t worth your time
