What Mugo is wearing is called an hanbok. What the first one is wearing is called a jeogori which is the jacket/top. Since he wears it in a semi modern way I think? With regular modern day pants which I assume are slacks. All of the Mugos wear something of the traditional wear hanbok. Like both the glasses and fourth mugo wear both jeogori and baji (trousers for men). I think it's the same for monster Mugo, I don't remember. But they all wear a piece of the traditional wear.
