He does get super serious/neutral sometimes and as seen with K, can be extremely manipulative and obsessive.

What really fucking grinds my gears is Kloff's prejudice against alpha x alpha pairings. Maybe it's also a societal issue but he's the only one who makes such a huge fucking deal about it. I think it's incredibly fucked that his tone changes so much once he finds out MC turned to an omega (even if he finally decided to pursue him as an alpha) and that event should have been reserved for the OG timeline imo. No reason to fucking magically force MC into being an omega.
In the end, the fact MC is so hopelessly in love in both timelines means Kloff gets away with so much bullshit. I never read the novel but I'm interested to see if the manhwa includes the other stuff other comments mentioned. Because I really need to see that mfer suffer lol. Yes MC was out of line in the OG timeline and is responsible for the outcome of his actions but intent is important too.
Last specific complaint is I think the story started off pretty interesting if tragic. I thought it might be different from so many other stories and have the plot take front center, but the chapters quickly dissolved into a rape/smut fest every couple chapters like the rest and I just wish these BL could focus on the story more, lol. I wanna know what's going on with all the characters and see more of the political/societal intrigue between major plot events.
I'm ranting ATP but season one made me so mad lol (in a good?-ish way). Season two so far is alright but they got together too fast imo. I hope MC tells ML about the previous life or he also remembers. If there is a season 3 where the situation is flipped as ppl are hinting, then I hope there is also a season 4 where they both remember all the past lives. I don't like the one-sided suffering, MC is overburdened and it feels like shit. (In s2 i mean, obvs Kloff suffered in s1 in his own way too even if it wasn't, imo, equal).

2nd season is def more of your average BL experience so far, MC is still a bit of a pushover bc he has the memories of the first season so there is trauma and guilt there, but he has more personality and the space to have more of a backbone sometimes since he still has status (and reciprocation from ML this time).
Season one was just a bunch of torture porn imo, I was okay with it at first as a "ok they are depicting this guy at his lowest lowest point and they are setting the scene" but it just kept going and going and I was like hmmmmmmm. （￣へ￣）
Whether or not some other bullshit will happen ? Ehhh. We'll have to see. Ofc the adaptation can always take certain liberties that might not perfectly reflect it but they seem accurate so far.

The only suffering he had was losing his partner and child which is tragic but what he did to Aeroc is inexcusable. Making him lose a lot is fine but raping him, making him have 5kids, beating him till he miscarried, locking him up, naaa it is just his sick pleasure and his anger because he felt something towards aeroc when his partner and kid died due to his envy and mistake. What aeroc did was so wrong but honestly it wasn’t his intention that those sick bastards took advantage of a pregnant omega. Kloff actions are unjustifiable.

Everything about this chapter just made my eyes roll out of my head, I have no words just an overabundance of disappointment and annoyance. Ofc we know the endgame, so can't really be too let down when it all starts regressing, but like just the turn around time, the circumstance etc--everything is so fucking lame.
