Interesting premise. Only ch 1 so far so not much build up as of yet, and while the concept isn’t anything new, I don’t see it often in general so I’m intrigued. I don’t see any Psychological or Horror or Thriller tag, but I can definitely see it going down that direction. I kind of wish there was a longer build up over at least a couple chapters to be able to connect with the two friends… ill keep following for at least 30-50chapters
I was so worried initially that their relationship was going to sour beyond repair in the flashback but i really like how we finally see his moms smiling face right at the end as shes basically telling him that she loves him despite everything- and how the narration can be a bit unreliable since it really depends on the perspective

Man i know there were plenty of hints pointing towards ML being the real stalker, and I gobbled them all right up, but it also feels so anticlimatic cuz of all the lost potential!! Mc is kinda stupid yeah, which is also great, cuz that could have let more potential scenes of ML showing his freakier side- the stealth shots were a nice touch but honestly it would have been so peak for there to be a scene or something at least where theres hidden cameras being maintained, or scenes where mc is falling into mls trap of acting out a fantasy;-; still a fun read for how short it is but the potential….
The top is total trash- like yeah ig he never forced mc to go with him but he’s totally rude and inconsiderate and so sleazy… rip to mc for his trash taste, hopefully the lil kiddo doesnt take after ML at ALL
I was itching to reread a few stories I liked and decided to reread this one and mannnn I forgot how quick paced it is and how not very flushed out other characters in this story are, with the only significant ones outside of the FL and ML being Hangyeol and Woojin’s mum, and even those are hardly anything at all… no side stories either, barely an acknowledgment of the child that was born… It’s still a cute story that grasps onto the biggest obstacles to make it interesting, but it would’ve been so much better if it was able to be stretched out longer to include more slice-of-life cute moments and flesh out at least Seyun’s two closest friends and more of Hangyeol and Woojin’s mum. And considering they use Seyun’s dad as a plot device to push the marriage, a genuine heartfelt and fleshed out moment between Seyun and her dad would have been very good. Needless to say, there’s a lot lacking with this story, but for as short as it is, it’s a decent quick read. That being said… that annoying sunbae that kept tormenting seyun… hehe… definitely needs to be the bottom in a BL spinoff where he gets put in his place… hehe… or even with Hangyeol, who can be a genuinely kind ML but scary in a quiet kind of way when he’s mad, and not afraid to throw hands when it matters… oh man the ideas flowing into my head and how that kind of story could progress… hehe… I know it will never happen but I can imagine it
Felt like I was having a brain aneurysm throughout the chapter like truly nothing was computing for me like I knew the words individually, I got the gist of what they were trying to say, but the translated interactions themselves were not making sense to me but I’m glad to see I’m not the only one who feels this way
FL is ridiculously attractive I really hope she doesn’t end up with a guy in the end… flags w the redhead seem to be getting raised and destroyed it’s getting a little hard to get a read on the endgame… at least it looks like Nara won’t be getting killed off anytime soon, author-nim has been investing a lot more into her, but its so early in the story too that I’m not sure if thats out of the realm of possibility… also nara lowk reminds me of hsy from orv, lol and one of the mages from regression manual or wtv its called (4am for me rn my brain is fried)
Im loving Aaron so much so far I’m genuinely rooting for him! But I’m so worried too… bc although Kylian is giving some 2nd ML vibes too, that into scene where the MC pins him down during a confrontation does paint him as main ML… and unfortunately, getting so much positive attention only to be pushed aside (plot wise) after the first case, is giving Aaron some 2nd ML vibes… I’m an Aaron stan first and foremost!! But I also can’t help but wonder if the current progression of how the whole story is turning out so far is actually also some sort of reflection of how the serial killer views romance stories too, whether they like or dislike certain parts… hm. Ngl tho, I was pretty convinced that the original motive for the serial killer was basically playing the role of Truck-Kun and killing authors after the final chapter so the authors could basically isekai into their own novels- which honestly could still be the case but the note left by the killer threw me off I won’t lie
…looks like its a chapter from Kouri no Ou to Hi no Dorei, I hope this is fixed soon ;-; it gets quite frustrating to read stories when they start becoming an almagamation of random chapters from random stories, and I would really rather not drop this one, the art is so cute and the characters are so silly so I really do like this so far
Wow… Like, I get not liking female characters in stories like these since it just feels more like fanservice and doesn’t add to the plot and feel more ostentatious than anything, but compared to most I’ve read, these characters are actually pretty good? And the way the plot is handled is actually pretty interesting? Apart from Vikir, the characters aren’t super duper fleshed out but they have more dimension than I expected them to have and I actually enjoy them.
I’m not sure how much more they’ll delve into the Saintess’s character, and the lovestruck direction is not helping, but I’m actually pretty curious to see how she develops because it really looks like she has potential, same with Camus, and I’m actually pretty excited to see Aiyen again eventually- I was even half expecting her to tag along and not staying in the forest despite everything. Perhaps this will be a harem, or open ending with the romance, but I actually like the female characters in this one- well, minus sinclair…
peeped spoilers abt the identity of the corpse and honestly that makes me more excited for when Camus eventually returns to the story and her reaction- even though I can imagine her simple minded hot headedness will likely have her acting like she has tunnel vision, i still cant help but hope for her to have to reflect and think more deeply about her actions and the world around her so she can grow from a girl to the hero that Vikir is always referencing from his memories. The fact she’s been so absent yet such a strong presence in the story despite everything makes me so excited, just how like Aiyen is now absent but any mentions of “Barbarians” cant help but remind me of the sweet time Vikir spent with the village. In turn, this also makes wonder how the Saintess is going to achieve this level of relevancy story wise as she gets more focus. She may develop feelings for Vikir, but she’s definitely not on his radar like Camus and Aiyen currently are at this point in the story, still couldnt care less for sinclair though.
The pacing is a lil funky at times BUT its really not bad at all, and the flow of the scenes actually feel pretty good! Mc has such a silly lighthearted personality so far, i cant wait to see more of his interactions with ML! Idk i feel like this story has a lot of potential just from how compelling the first few chapters are so far, excited for more!!!

Shoujo ai ftw i love the two of them tgt sm theyre so funny and i want to support them! Theyre so sweet and cute to each other and ridiculously silly- thats the kind of romance i LOVE. Also a big fan of Reus 180 change in character and falling into place as one of their funky friends instead of just! Wow! Stupid asshole capture target! Which he still is but yk, especially with the last two chapters, it definitely feels like his role is changing and that feels SO FUN
Shes like? Almost just kind of generic? Giving side character energy fr, but shes also so funny in a no nonsense kind of way. Drama? Sure, looks like drama is brewing but she just immediately goes *Block*, hardly responds and doesn’t really instigate, not even bothering to give a response, and is literally just marching to the beat of her own drum and i find that so amusing. shes my fav mc of this kind of genre so far
I pretty much share similar sentiments like most people here so I won’t repeat whats already been said but can I just say, that last panel of Mai? Wow, one of the best drawn Mais so far, and probably my favorite. It’s not out of this world stunning but it really does look so good!
