Her problem is that she trusts men. It doesn't matter if they are good or bad; don't expect anything; that is the reality you should live with.

I don't partially blame her because she is victim of patriarchy and has no community, a group of women who guide her in her life.

You're right when you said that we should not trust men; they are vampires energy, soul-and-energy sucking.
    They are not worth shit

Someone just said this is the Jeffrey Epstein manhwa. ╥﹏╥ Like, I just realized I feel psycho to even keep reading this far; it's so disgusting. Every time I feel something will change, and this author's work is always like this (T_T)

Why does it feel like the stories used to be very interesting, but now they just start and end like nothing?

    Neko-chan September 29, 2026 7:52 pm

maybe ur tastes have changed? also depends on what ur reading, "stories" is really vague since it can refer to a lotta things and there's like millions of stories around the world so i doubt every one of them are uninteresting. u could also be burnt out from reading

    Rim Myaz September 29, 2026 8:43 pm

Try reading welcome to undead park

I thought this too but then i reread some stories I thought were masterpieces and was horrified by how bad they were. Maybe your standards are just increasing as you read more.

    Lushia September 29, 2026 9:18 pm

You matured and you read something a lot better and now you realize how bad of the taste you had. It happens to everyone i think ╥﹏╥

I do the same. I still like it, but it doesn't feel the same, and I can't find anything with that same feeling, possibly because it was new back then and I've read a lot more since.

Perhaps, but generally speaking, I feel that stories were slower and more in-depth back then. Perhaps this is just me, but they move more quickly and are less in-depth now Idk lol

You need to be more specific. You're still using very vague terms. What do you mean by "stories" and "back then"? Are you referring to yaoi? English classical literature? YA fantasy novels??? Books published in the 80s? 21st century literature? Depending on how old you are, "back then" could refer to 5 years ago or several decades ago. You're making blanket statements about the entirety of literature on a whole. What stories are you reading? What specific titles have you read? What genre do you usually read? Claiming that all stories are less in depth and move more quickly than they used to makes no sense. It sounds more like you're either reading too much of the same genre or you're experiencing burn out from reading - or both.

Your preferences largely impact your perception of the stories you read. For example, if all you read is romance stories, it wouldn't come as a surprise to me if you began tiring of constantly encountering typical romance tropes/cliches. That's because you eventually start noticing the common patterns across romance stories and it becomes repetitive over time, hence why in this hypothetical scenario you may begin to believe that all romance stories have begun to become less complex. That doesn't necessarily mean your opinion is true, however. If all you read is poorly written romance stories, naturally, you're gonna think romances stories are trash, when in truth, it's because you purposely read trashy romance stories. Admittedly, it can sometimes be hard to find stories that suit your tastes considering that there's quite a lot of literature around the world, but Google is quite helpful in that case + there's so many published stories it's impossible to be unable to find a story you like. Whatever genre you typically read, you can simply search up, "best [insert genre] stories" or smth along those lines.
