Uploaders are appreciated. But like if there is already someone posting the officials, I wish it'd stay that way? There are 4 different chapter 1's going on. I wish people would respect the etiquette that if someone posts first, then they'd naturally continuing posting the other chapters. Unless the tl is really atrocious, it would prevent these "ghost updates" from happening. I keep getting notified there is a chapter only to see that someone else just posted another version of their chapter 1
Most of the uploaders having "uploader wars" are basically just trying to claim every manhwa for themselves; funnily enough they usually abandon said manhwas after 20 or so chapters so I really don't see the point in doing this

Idk, I just want to be able to read the chapters in a non jarring way. Yeah you could just say, just ignore it and chose who you wanna read, but it is confusing when you go read chapter 1, and then click next expecting chapter 2...and then get hit with chapter 1, but a different tl of it T-T At the end of the day, I just wish there was a way to sort the chapters, or something. But who knows if we will even get any type of solution for this.
I thank the people that provide us these chapters, but at the same time it is hard to navigate through all of this when several people are posting almost the same thing, and we keep getting ghost pings.
sadly, desire me if you can hasn't gotten a global release yet. usually these things take another month or two. I already spoke with Juji and explained that I'd rather provide a fan translation than have readers locked behind a paywall. they gave me permission, so that's why i'm translating for now. if an official english release comes out later, I'll stop translating it.

Oh yes. I realized that was a mistype. Cause you are correct, officials are not out yet. I do appreciate unofficials being out. And i think just in a general sense, I don't mind who is posting it as long as the tl is decent and can be read well. It's just the ui of the chapters and how they are formatted on mgo, and just leaves a lot to be desired.. i just wish there was a way to sort them by translator so that we wouldnt be reading a chapter 1, and then click next and find ourselves reading another version of chapter 1 T-T

my bad it ended up looking like a double chapter. tbh, I would've rather continued from desirescan's version so readers wouldn't have to deal with duplicate uploads. but there were some pretty important translation mistakes, and I didn't feel comfortable building on top of that. so I ended up retranslating from the start. I know it probably looks like I'm spamming chapters, but that really wasn't my intention

I get it. Some translations might have major mistakes in them, and you probably do not want to step on their toes by uploading chapters where they left off. So it ends up with a retranslation of your own. My ghost pinging wasnt meant to be targeted towards one person or anything. It was just meant to show my confusion with these ghost pings, and honestly for my desire that mgo be more structured with the uploading policies. But tbh, maybe that's too much expectations, and i should be happy that unofficials are even being uploaded T-T So, I do appreciate people taking their time to do quality unofficial translations of the manhwa.
