It pretty much sucks that the score to this manga is a 8.9 and that the top popular comments are regarding the Duke as Male Lead(ML) lol or that she's weak cuz she's getting bullied. Stories like Remarried Empress have top scores when she hasn't even divorced her husband yet and won't in 100+ chapters in. In this story she will divorce her husband much sooner maybe around chapter 15-20.
This is a story about a young lady that was pulled down by noble society and how vicious rumors can be. I saw one of the popular comments asking where was her childhood friend when she was getting attacked by these rumors? That would get answered soon with a POV chapter. The Duke is not the male lead he is an obstacle in the story for her he will get what's coming to him. The story is showing how she can overcome these problems, she is not a weak protagonist.
Give this manga a chance! If you can read Remarried Empress and suffer through Trashta and the Emperor then you can withstand this manga.

Glad it got picked up again. I like the story cuz the guy is such a huge jerk that hates women but then dies and transfers into a young lady's body lol. This reboot gave a bit more story of his friend who stabbed him and how it led up to it. It showed a bit more that MC "cares" for his friend (but stupid idea to still sleep with that B***). Even with his close friend killing him he didn't end up blaming him but twisted it to "yeah it's those women it's their fault" smh. Maybe as his new life as a young lady it can bring him more understanding towards women and also get fucked by some hot guy. That's what I was waiting for in the first manwha MC was gonna go to magic school and meet some dudes.
BTW the art is okay and all but it needs more bounce! Like were is the cleavage at? All I wanna see is ( )( ) lol but all i see is this ( ) in the first 2 chapters. First artist was better :/ I wonder what happened for them to just drop the story cuz they knew how to draw ecchi fantasy.

Thank you translators for releasing 20 chapters at once. The story is okay atm it's kinda cliche but the art is on point. The Art team for this story should've gotten, "I'm A Stepmother, But My Daughter Is Just Too Cute!". The features of the main character in this story are the same for Stepmother MC. The way this artist draws hair and eyes is much better :/ but instead they got chosen for this story instead.
