I was reading Superhuman Streamer on webtoon and wanted any similar recommendations. I was going to put it on the comment section for the story, but I couldn’t find it on here. I'm looking for good recommendations where the main character or a very frequently occurring character is ill or terminally ill. A lot of the ones I've read have them magically get better or you forget they are even sick most of the time because their symptoms come and go just for the sake of drama and they just seem fine the rest of the time. Or the symptoms just aren't really there, but they are said to be ill...
I'm fine if they eventually get better if the depiction of the illness is good.

Ooo space stuff, Salty Lust (this name makes me laugh) sounds interesting.
1) I became the heros mom, it looks like a nomal childcare transmigration story but the world building is really refreshing!! its almost finished and it has a lot of chapters- transmigration, sudden marriage angst
2)Four choices, is abour an overachiever student it has various romantic interests, normally I dont like various main character but its really good and its still on going genre: school slice of life
3) Eighteens bed, not a lot of chapters but its an interesting bl, the novel its good genre- kind of pshychological, mlm
4) Sounds like, it kinda has angst found family trope and lots on angst but so far so good!!- genre= music, regression, angst

The hounds of sisyphus is a end of world story where our mc gets “rescued” by an incredibly creepy stranger(ML). This stranger brings the Mc to his town where he is well i guess the mayor you could say… he protects the town but also scares the crap out of everyone. The ML and Mc slowly get closer but the Mc just can’t figure out why the ml is so darn strange and creepy. Not only is the ML creepy and dangerous but he is also very childlike and since the Mc was studying to become a teacher he teaches the ML and the kids of the town basic things… and thats how they become close (:
