Why is bro so upset about the possibility of her killing someone??? They have killed quite a few people on this journey while this is the first person she has been shown killing. If just the fact that she killed that human trash makes him think that she could be a danger to Pell, then by that logic his entire group is dangerous to him and way more than she would be. Pell would also technically be a danger to himself XD

After reading 40 chapters, I can say I've seen no romance in particular, nor have I indentified someone who is "definitely the female lead" (just from my general experience of reading romance for ages lol). The romance tag may be because this is tagged shoujo, and that could be because of the gentler approach to the genre and with its art style (when compared to other typical action series, you know what I mean. This feels more like a mix between the two genres).
I can def see this series utilising romance in the future, but for now it's not really a thing. Female characters aren't treated like all of them would get crushes on the MC, and he gets surrounder fairly evenly with characters of both genders, so there's not too big of a fear of a harem starting.

If it makes u feel better I didnt even notice the romance tag till I saw ur comment. The first 43 chapters have no signs of there being a female lead at all lol.
I get the feeling that the guy with the rum bottle might gave also gone back in time. The people guarding the gate mentioned that he had a personality change and compared him to the MC, though I could be reading into things a bit too much that feels like a hint to me.
I think they might’ve been comparing the mc’s personality change to the rum dudes actual personality. Idk tho
I'm hoping that he sees what's behind that door, but I know it won't happen. At least not in tge way I want it to.
Does this have a novel? If so, I'd like to read that instead. It's not just tge art style, but everything seems to have gotten worse with this new season. I really liked this one, so I'm really sad about how this has turned out.

What is going on with the translation in chapter 58... I kinda understand what they are talking about, but I couldn't make it through the whole chapter. Also, a lit of the interactions in this new season feel really dry and I did not get tge same vibes from scar face dictator dude as I should... that was not a mass murderer.
