I can't give you an exact translation but I can give you the gist of what happened. Jiwha is crying again because he walked in on SH and NK having sex (He imagines NK with a malicious face in the flashback because why wouldn't he) Green guy with weird eyebrows (the one in chapter 41 idk his name sorry) keeps instigating and tells Jiwha he's already bored of the situation and should just kill NK already. Jiwha and friends argue about how even Jiwha wouldn't get away with something like that and Wierd brows tells him of a guy that will do anything as long as you pay him and thus we get the daddy the end.

It's pretty cool that we not only get to see how hard it is to be a celebrity but also the culture of a foreign land. The art is amazing, the plot is on point, and pacing is also just right. This new update is seriously messing with my morals omg. It's all so real and the characters embody incredibly human like behaviour. There are obviously some exaggerations, but if you think about it a lot of the characteristics are things the daily human being suffers with repenting or being consumed of.
