Theyre gods. Not family members. Gods borne out of gods are complete beings independent of each other so family blood ties etc arent applicable to them. But there's these 4 of them who loved each other and wanted to live like human relations. Anyway that didnt turn out too well...

Replying to op. Its a modern day yaoi retelling of the fight between horus n seth(irl myth) over rule of egypt. Horus the rightful heir son of osiris the og ruler and seth the usurper who killed osiris n began his tyranny. However the bl thing here is horus loves seth and after s1 they go on adventures to uncover old secrets bygone tales n myths and look for answers to mysteries while seth is also on a journey to atone for all his sins and feel the pain of each n every soul he wronged during his reign. This is a very crude short summary and ennead is very nuanced n heavily layered. Incest isnt a tw because gods arent biologically blood tied but there's a lot of graphic grape that u should look out for as tw. But beyond these the story is genuinely amazing theres no evil character everyone's morale grey complex, conflicting and flawed everyone besides (osiris)
