Paint tool sai. There is a free 30 day trial if you wanna try it out before buying it. I've been using it for the last 9 years now and I like how simple it can be compared to phtoshop. Yes! I draw on and off, mostly off when I get tired of it or artblock. Learned myself with the help of tutorials and a mannequin (sits on my dresser now unused for years) that have pleased my improve from when I was 13. I always try to get better but end up falling back into a funk when things don't come out right.
