i have no experience in this whatsoever but u could try using common cliches/stereotypes that u see in popular mangas/manhwas (nerd, delinquent, rich, poor, etc.) and see what traits would fit them
something that i've seen people do is that some just match idols or real peoples personality together. if you are a fan of some people you could clash two or threes personalities together and pick what you like/disklike about their personality and then have basically a new one.
