It's not like we saw everything, but I doubt it was rape. Dojun was probably against it - since he has a complex over being an alpha, but still being weaker than his brother omega so he felt weird with doctor cleary wanting him to be a bottom - but it is not a thing that can not be changed.

I still can't agree with you. For example, if I drink an alcoholic drink and feel tipsy for about 30 minutes and some man came to me and started kissing me, if I didn't replied at first, but started doing so later, then can you call it harassment just because I didn't feel like it in the beinging? No, you can't, because I would have agreed to it at some point.
I understand what you try to say here, but calling such situations a "rape" so easily is just not right in my opinion. There is so much more circumstances to consider while trying to figure such things out.
We don't know if he was super drunk the whole time or he sobered up (and how much if he did?). We don't know whether sex was violent enough (yes, I wrote violent enough, because there is diferent kind of violence for pleasure and other things) to count it as rape. Technically, if doctor prepared him enough (or loosened him enough) there would be no blood, which could lead readers to thinking whether it was rape or not.
Moreover, doctor might not be an angel, but why all people assume he's into rape? From what I have seen, he just likes to sleep with alphas, to have one-night stands. Some people might feel like wanting a one-night stand but still be kind of shy or look like they are agains it because of some things (for example, Dojun wants to take pride in being an alpha but he has complexes because of his little bro). At first, Dojun wanted it to look like he does not want anything to do with doctor, but it shows that he is kind of intrigued about him.
If he raped him he definietly would not allow doctor to just come to his work and talk. If he raped him, he would definietly kicked him out of there, even if he had to do some work-relatable things for doctor. Why would he keep on talking to him? Even if he does need to do some work for him, considering the circumstances, he would not just say "ok, I need to do this, so I will". He could say that his co-worker will take care of it when he gets back or many other things.
