I hate most of my family for some complicated reasons, so I like to read about family conflict/drama between siblings especially but also conflict between parents and their children. Ashamed to admit it, but I like the BL trope where the relationship b/w MC and ML experiences some drama due to an annoying girl. Maybe the girl was supposed to be the original FL in a transmigration/reincarnation plot, or is just a sister, ex-gf or ex-wife. I'm a girl but I happen to like it when the annoying 3rd wheel is a girl...is there something wrong with me? smh (⊙…⊙ )
I know of some novels like this but I can't really recall this trope being used in manga/manhwa/manhua before... unless it's a novel adaptation. One last thing: I don't like reading tragedy or about abusive relationships with extreme scum ML (e.g., Paper Flower).

Hm, not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for but this trope comes up quite well in the later part of "A painter behind the Curtain". Actually, there is even more than one annoying woman in there.
Either way it is a really good one, but the trope at the beginning is quite different from what you might be looking for and I personally love a little angst and tragedy IF there is a happy end.
What I really mean by tragedy is when one of the main characters dies (for good, without a reincarnation or something like Erha). There are other ways a plot can turn into a tragedy but that's the biggest taboo for me to read about in any type of plot. That's because recently my family members have died in accidents, so reading about it in fiction is a kind of trigger. I'll check out your rec, thanks!
I really like the type of strong FL in Reporting for Duty, Duchess who has a cold temperament, doesn't really give a shit about what others think, doesn't have a weak "dodder-flower" personality, and isn't super annoying like some of the shoujo FLs I've seen. I really hate to see women characters portrayed as only interested in romance or only trying to vie for someone's affection with the "original FL" like in a rofan isekai story. I mean, in reality most of the popular and beautiful women are very talented in their own fields and can support themselves, so why do we have to read about FLs who are basically trash without ability beyond their appearance? But I'm almost always disappointed when reading hetero romance these days...
