I don’t think that was officially explained yet, but it was kind of implied because of the one mandala flower (the girl with the long white hair idk remember her name) she lived way past the normal human lifespan and they also said she tried to kill herself multiple times, but it never worked, implying that she herself was also immortal.

It took me a while to get understand and get used to the omegaverse mangas. It's like yaoi, except with even more rape and even worse, the omega bitten could end up pregnant or be forced into a pair with their rapist. The parents in this one are both dumb and irresponsible.
