Thats not the site's fault. Its called featured for a reason because people view it more often. Its based on popularity. You should blame viewers for liking shitty contents. I like this site because its UI is simple and easy to navigate. The font size is comfortable, and its layout for high information density. you can see a ton of manhwa covers on the screen at once. On other sites, the covers are so huge that you only get like 6 on the whole screen and have to scroll forever.

That's why aside from those "yaoislop" and "hentaislop", if you scroll down/up you'll see different stories for different genres. It's literally up to YOU to atleast click a genre so you can see the "good stuff". Click a genre, and click completed, views, ratings or whatever preference you have so it'll match your taste. Don't blame the feature. That's why there's different types of genre here, so you won't be reading the same slops you don't like. You're not forced to read anything you don't want.
I am thankful for the feature because at least I'll see some good manwhas that are popular, and not just those "same old shit". And if I cannot see anything I like from those lists then I'll LOOK for it. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
