To sum it up: overall I very much enjoyed reading this. Good story, good, lovable characters, fun plot.
Only complaint is that the ending seemed a bit abrupt, even though it was a happy resolution- it felt a bit incomplete regarding things such as how exactly the mc and ml lived out the rest of their lives, did they end up marrying or not, did Clauden end up going back to luans place or did luan live with Claude, and little things like that. Obviously the main stuff got wrapped up, and I was satisfied overall, but it was still an abrupt ending.

Holy fuck. This is so good. Plot is a 10/10.characterisation 10/10. Art 10/10. Smut 10/10. No rapey stuff between main pairing, ml thinks consent is important. Again , 10/10. Comedy 10/10. Story 10/10. Build up 10/10. Foreshadowing 10/10.

Ughhhhh created a topic of Mad Dog

I love this series. Read it all in one go. However I have one big problem, and that is with how their first time went.
I feel like the mc brushed it off very easily, which doesn’t line up with his character due to a number of reasons:
1. He was a virgin and shy about the concept of sex with ml from the beginning. He would have been more sentimental over how he wanted his first time to go, since he clearly views relationships traditionally (first you like someone, then they like you back, then you date, then you kiss, then you have sex etc, we see this in the date episode) due to his strong desire for normalcy which is central to who he is as a person for most of his life. It’s who he is. He’s been resisting forces stronger than him that try to force him into doing things he doesn’t want to do, his entire life. And this just means nothing if it’s about sex with the ml? The mc is someone who, if you force him to do something or to control him, he would never forgive you, so this doesn’t line up at all given that he forgave the mc almost immediately, with no apologies or expression of regret given first.
2. ml was expressing clear lack of consent and fear towards ml in the beginning but ml brushed it off as if it were nothing, the ml has experience with being sexual assaulted and would take this more seriously. Not realistic.
3. He had his hands tied for the entirety of his first time. This would have been too physically painful, and put dangerous pressure on his neck and risked suffocation considering he was facing the mattress, and too overwhelming for someone who had never had sex before, let alone had bondage style sex. It’s unrealistic. The ml would have known this was dangerous and wouldn’t have done it. He’s smart. It doesn’t line up with his character. Plus, the mc was just in handcuffs while he thought he was going to get raped by a stranger. And this didn’t create…. Any negative associations with wrist restraints? Really? None? Okay.

Don’t get me wrong, the sex scenes are hot as hell. But they were really pissing me off with how they just ignored the characterisation for the sake of kinky sex. It’s so cheap, and unrealistic. I don’t like it. I don’t like how none of this rapey stuff ever got addressed, let alone resolved. Given who these two are, and what their pasts are, what their traumas and hardships are, taking all that into account, it’s so unrealistic that it would happen this way.
That said, I’m officially obsessed with the authors art style. It’s like cocaine but for my eyes. I love how haribo uses negative space and the greenish yellowish tint to everything, and the fine fine lineart. I’m obsessed.

What is this. I love it. Who even thought of this concept. I want to personally thank them because this is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. It’s so sweet that every chapter is a diabetes microdose.
