these comments are weird lmao it's really nothing but a lighthearted story and the mc just comes off as funny and cute y'all need to unclench; I mean, it's pretty realistic in a way that he doesn't know how to navigate his first real relationship and isn't automatically a pro and doing everything right; also, are y'all forgetting jungwoo was annoying af in the beginning and kissed that girl just to get jiwon's attention BOTTOM LINE LEAVE JIWON ALONE BITCHES
THANK U….. seeing people always so mean to jiwon every single time ball updates bums me out people are so mean to him :( i’m not going to say he always makes the best decisions in any capacity but he’s in his first ever relationship and always fighting thru mental illness caused by his history of abuse. he’s also only like 22…. spoken as someone who struggled similarly to he did during my last relationship when i was around his age, the way he navigates his relationship is honestly Very realistic! even down to struggling to get a gift (per the current storyline) like you may know your partner and what they like / are like but still feel like you’re not sure what to do or get and get especially since it’s the first anniversary. big milestone!

i'm so glad we both see sense what r these readers on fr he doesn't do anything meant to warrant so much hate- I think they forget his past but it's literally the whole point of the story and where his personality traits and fears come from as you said; the whole point of this chapter is to show how they've both grown- jiwon doesn't hide where he was and what he was doing, and jungwoo doesn't get mad about it like he would do before r people dumb

i’m rly so glad to see other people defending jiwon…. im a fan of the novel so i’ve been in the trenches fighting for my life to contextualise his behaviour since like. ch10 of the manhwa. i think part of it is definitely that people forget his past but i saw so many posts complaining about jiwon even right after his backstory chapter (and i do think the manhwa doesn’t cover it as well / in as much detail as the novel bc you really get into his head there) so i fear people just often love not applying critical thought / analysis / understanding of nuance and storytelling to bl simply because it’s bl
r y'all good some people really astound me bc this manhwa isn't tryna hide anything; manhwas are pretty simple- either it has a super angsty complicated plot or it's light-hearted and feel good like it's really not that hard to understand; what you're looking at is what you get; i beg people to actually use their eyes and read the title, look at the poster colors and the way the characters are positioned,- heck even the name!!; idk why everyone's disappointed or think it's frustrating when it's literally just a fluffy shifter story- if you want angst or something serious fucking go read something else shit; go read paws and claws and let cat lovers and fluff enjoyers read this; and whoever hates the uke are u fucking stupid bc authors don't tend to stray from certain characteristics and dynamics this is literally how the paws and claws uke acts and this cat clearly has a sad past and it hasn't been explored yet so again r yall fucking dumb
yall are misunderstanding what's happening in the scene.. he doesn't mean he's been waiting for him to turn of age or anything like that. he's talking about when they meet again in college because he wasn't sure if wooyeon's feelings for him were real bc let's be real it's been 4 years and wooyeon's different from when he was 16 so when dohyun said he was waiting he meant he was doing everything he can to make wooyeon fall for him in uni so they have something solid to work from; and this is a spoiler but we get his pov later and he says he never thought he'd see wooyeon again after he quit tutoring him so why would he be waiting for him in that pedo way smhh
