Yes, all of this contain the usual cutting type of self harm, the 3th shows attempted suicide by drowning but is not graphic.
The most graphic is the last one, is from Harada so it can be pretty disturbing in general

You probably already seen it but Heartstopers on webtoon. Charlie has Ed and they deal with it (for me it wasn't really relatable tho idk, felt kinda rushed)
