Basically its about a world where the tattoo you have shows if your in the higher upper people the lower people i remember that the main couple had one with blonde hair and the other black and I believe the blonde hair was supposed to kill the black haired guy but didn't because his feelings gotten to strong... and the side couple is a guy with Grey hair with a buzz cut and a scar on his eye because this evil guy ripped it out and the other guy with black hair. ( I probably explained this horribly but if you know help outt. I suddenly remembered I was supposed to finish it but I can't find it anywhere!!)
