bro the main story has already concluded and we are in the epilogue and he is still forcing himself on the mc. Not just forcing him, he even ignores his every request. I mean he just laughed and smiled when his supposed bf started crying after being humiliated by getting cummed on face. Even the psychologically toxic stories tend to go for fulffy quiet modern life. Also that begs another question, was there even a character development in the story or was it just a hot ass?

Please help me if you've read the novel! I'm dropping this manhwa at chapter 24 due to 2 reasons:
1. There is no chemistry or tension between the leads
2. The plot doesn't make much sense (it also feels disconnected and boring, as if it should have been explained better)
I know the novel is very praised by readers, but please tell me if the manhwa does it justice? Like will I have the same feeling if I try reading the novel? Or is it a lot better then manhwa in that sense?
Read the novel! This one is sooo good, trust me. The manhwa is at like, 1/7 of the whole thing so you might not feel the chemistry or tension yet (it will be there and it will be amazing), but it's genuinely one of the best redemption arcs out there. ML is going to be so wholly devoted to the MC it's crazy (dare I say, if forced to choose between MC and himself, their kids, or literally anyone else, MC is ML's top priority no matter what). And the MC is a kind yet strong person despite everything, he will know his worth so don't worry about that. I genuinely love the character growth of both MC and ML and it is described so poignantly in the novel. Just overall wonderful, even the ML's own way of loving MC will make you feel some type of way. This is so weird to me because I find the art very cute, but every other comment is just hating. Like yall are so spoiled nowadays, this is good art for a long ahh manhwa. It has its flaws but it's still very good. And as for the crowd mad about necks, nipples, proportions etc etc... how come yall are never in the comment under "swallow you whole" or other buff on buff manhwas? Like the guys there are so muscular, they wouldn't be able to scratch their shoulder or wipe their butts, but yall have no problem with it. It's as if new age wokejoshis just discovered yaoi that's older then 2 years and try to apply their own preferences on it. I'm sorry - this is just what yaoi is for the most part! Big hands and long necks and huge eyes - it's been known. Maybe try to read something from the early 2000s to realize that this is actually good art.
