Every line makes me wanna cry omggg. I feel like we all sensed that Hikaru's mom knew it wasn't the original Hikaru but to see her be so kind and gentle after everything... it's the kind of acceptance every child wants and that scene definitely goes beyond just the story but real experiences that portray the kind of love parents should have for their children.
I literally just graduated with my bachelor's in anthropology in May so seeing that the second story had a professor who was a cultural anthropologists was kinda cool. But why is he in a lab coat? ( ̄∇ ̄") we wore gloves when handling certain items but never lab coats. Thought that was a little funny but overall I really enjoyed the first story and wish the second one had been longer so it could've built up that relationship a bit more.
