If I remember right the female lead had brown hair (maybe blonde?) and green eyes. It had really good art. She knew that the male lead was being abused by his family (like being beat up) by his family (I think mother).
Because of this she wanted to save him and got close to him. He was messed up/cruel because of the abuse.
