Like deep it, from the MLs perspective, the MC triggered his manifestation in what he thought was a malicious attack and that even his family thought was a malicious attack and not only triggered his manifestation but bond too. Obvs we know the truth that, that wasn’t the case but as far as the ML is concerned, this guy ruined his life, he has been ill and suffering since due to the effects of the bond and now he is being told to marry him. He said from the beginning he doesn’t want to marry the MC and states that he wants nothing to do with him but his family (for his own good health wise) keep trying to force him to do something he doesn’t want to do. They aren’t in any kind of relationship so if he sleeps around thats his business. Is he a jerk to the other Omegas, yeah he is also very clearly aggressive when doing the deed which is trashy and I don’t like him in that aspect. But as far as him refusing to see the MC and continuing to make himself suffer from the bond, thats his business.

MC was teasing the ML and the ML still agreed to date him even though he thought he was cheating, I see it as cute little payback (for the stalking, secret pictures and stuff lol) that will probably turn into an inside joke for them later that the MC will tease the ML about . Might even say something like “You were the one stalking me how didn’t you know we broke up?”
My point is the ML didn’t seem upset or depressed at the fact that MC was in a relationship (even though the MC wasn’t actually in a relationship). It would be different if the ML was visibly upset and the MC still didn’t clear it up imo.
If this was an isekai it would be called, ‘I fell in love with my mothers murderer who abused and r*ped me but it’s cool cuz I can fix him in another world’
