ok so. i don't even know how to feel about this one highkey.... i really liked the story and the entire heartless concept was really good and i guess you could say unique? i also liked the characters a bunch! mc was really funny especially with his freaking dumbass manhwa he was writing very charming at the time
in general he was so cool. im still curious wtf hes hiding because he would NOT tell us things and was very obviously hiding stuff because they straight up show him knocking his coworker(?kinda) out and cut to someone else. wtf was that. what.
BUT i probably will never find out because once we started finally figuring out the ml likes him (it was very easy to tell he was the ml tbh lol) it got. kinda wattpad writing? but i dont even know if i can complain about it because i feel like it was telling us this would happen from the start???? BUT I JUST THOUGHT THE MC WOULD ACTUALLY GET HIS HEAD IN THE GAME AND REALIZE HIS MANHWA WAS NOT WHAT ACTUAL ROMANCE IS LIKE AND NOT ACTUALLY ACT LIKE THAT WHILE IN A SERIOUS POSSIBLE RELATIONSHIP
i sadly can not bring myself to read more after chapters 50-60ish? was really good until the romance. maybe it just wasn't for me since thats all the complaints i have... the characters just felt like they suddenly switched over to wattpad especially the romance. the blonde co ceo(?) stayed great though he was my favorite

i really enjoyed the story at the start, how they explained the world and what was happening was great and the characters were really interesting but then... once they get caught it kinda just starts going downhill???
they changes the mcs and mls views with no explanation just because they fell in love i guess?? like what. you suddenly stopped wanting to kill everyone just because you actually started liking this guy? i don't know it really pissed me off since i loved where this was going and the characters were so good at the start...

it just felt like they didn't know how to change the character's opinions/views properly and ended up making them randomly be like "hmm... actually i highkey am in love with this guy! i'm gonna stop doing what i've wanted to do for years just because i suddenly fell for him! and i'm gonna suddenly start caring about him a LOT for no fully explained reason even though i disliked him!" like ok maybe the mc gets an excuse (even though it felt like they changed his personality so much which pmo) but the ml????????? what???????
i immediately dropped it as soon i saw them kiss it just felt like horrible writing

i related to minjae way more than i expected once we started finding out more about him even if i've experienced something completely on the opposite end of what he went through. it made me feel oddly emotional reading it all. i love all the three brothers even if they weren't the best people. the way they were all victims but showed how it negatively impacted them and turned them into bad people was so well written... i also liked how they tried to redeem themselves even if what they did can never be fully redeemed if that makes sense? (writing this at 3am rn)

i would not read this just for the main couple even though they were also really great! i disliked their relationship at the start but slowly i started liking them more — id definitely not let the few first chapters make you drop this even if it might seem bad. i promise its worth it 100%

if you've experienced any sexual exposure as a kid of any kind i'd definitely read this because the way it was written really hit me hard and made me feel seen.

only downside to this was the revenge made me a bit disappointed but also, i really liked that they didn't go through with what they originally we're gonna do. though i wish the old man got a worse fate, i think what ended up happening to him might've been worse on his end and i kinda liked that he had to suffer more.

it was good until they met up back in college and the author literally just said "fuck the slowburn and them hating eachother im going to make them fuck because im horny" and the plot IMMEDIATELY went down hill.....
i loved the slowburn and the miscommunication, where it was going looked really promising all around but it just really got straight up annoying when they became adults and im so disappointed
never even mentioned his grandma did she die or something????
