With the “twink” part, I honestly felt like this author/artist was one of those people (mostly women unfortunately) that subconsciously imagine bottoms as women, basically imagining this story/relationship/the characters as a heterosexual. Again, not saying that men cannot be feminine but in several panels where they’d have intercourse, she never drew the mc’s penis… anyways you’re right, this author drew him like that on purpose. I’m not saying “women can only be skinny” and blah blah, but within the manhwa community, many women are draw exactly like the mc in the story (obviously with breasts instead), so idk the characters are cute but it really throws me off because loads of straight women who read/create yaoi tend to subconsciously imagine the uke as a woman and their relationship as a hetero one
