This da real question, bc to be a man who gives birth, you must have a uterus to house said fertilized egg. Idk if it would work the same way as a woman but I'm guessing so. And since male omega can get pregnant, does that mean they have ovaries too? So are they multi reproductive organed? So like an image male is basically a man w a uterus, hence ovaries.
