Is there no one in the hospital hallways? Why don't the nurses have faces? And they only speak to him and not to Nanjo, as if they were talking to only one person. And when Nanjo appears (which happens minutes after Mok called him, strange), the entire image around him is blurry?
Maybe the author wanted to simplify the panels, but it seems odd to me. The meeting happens very soon; either he's dreaming or he's in a coma.
