i feel like i’m the only person who doesn’t want sanho to get close with seomyeong. she views him as an animal. i just want sanho to keep focusing on his goal to get back home. i saw someone say, “i guess all cats warm up to their owners,” and it just pissed me off. i don’t like the dependency sanho has with seomyeong. based on the authors blog, their relationship will probably end up the way we think it will. i don’t want him to stay in paradise!!!! i can’t deal with this rn. gulliver’s travels most definitely foreshadow sanho’s end. i hate this. i hate all of u for liking seomyeong so much. i don’t want sanho to become a freaking pet. it’s awful
I don't think you're the only one that feel that way, plenty have the same thought but maybe they just don't bother or is lazy to comment about it, they also might have drop the series due to it to. I also understand how you feel about it. Whether the ending will be as forshadowed is up for question since, let's be honest, there are also authors who have already set an ending and ended up changing it over the time writing their series especially for series that periodically update episode that this one. I mean, I personally just read this due curiosity on how the story would go tho. (=・ω・=)

hm,,,i guess i came off the wrong way;; i don’t hate anyone for liking the direction of the story. i actually think it fits quite well with the theme, honestly. this manhwa would remain one of my favourite stories even with the ending i believe it might have. likeeeee im just too engrossed in it ig,,,, literally no hate to the writing lol i just get stressed out (in a good way). psychological thrillers are supposed to encourage uncomfortable feelings and false paradise does a VERY good job at that. i’m dying^^
I think your perspective is interesting. Im honestly all mixed up about how I feel about seomyeong. On one hand its true what you said that she views him as merely a pet. But at the same time she is a being beyond human understanding, so maybe to her species,,, its like how we look at dogs or cats, total different species. I still identify with Sanho and I dont want him to stay a pet for some creature beyond our comprehension but I also recognize his complex feelings in this situation. She saved his life, and scrafices herself repeatedly for him, and yet at the same time she hurts him whether in the begining physically or later on emotionally with her self sacrificing.
But i guess at the same time I think these conflicts and back forths work as a kind of representation of reality being complex and hard to really have a clean cut answer and feeling about. Sanho is essentially in like a Stockholm syndrome scenario lol
