The latter half of the story is good, if you pretended the first half never happened. You will be invested with her dying and living (rinse and repeat) that you would practically hate the ML for killing her. I want to kill him myself because this story by the 10th (?) chapter will portray him as a psycho incomparable to her father. There should be an ungodly redemption arc for him that would make her hate him so much but eventually forgive him—but it doesn’t happen so you will like you will settle for the rushed ending.
Honestly, he needs to grovel and beg. Her kindness made it worse tbh, she wants to save him while he plans to kill her. I just deleted everything from my memory and reread the latter half like it is another novel lol
Ngl his actions weren’t that bad id also do some crazy stuff is some „clock strikes 12 midnight arrives“ type of family randomly burned down my place and killed my fam for like shit and giggles. Kinda sad there wasn’t a legitimate reason it could have been that her dad had connections to the evil entity and get rid of him early ect.

Yea his mother is pretty neglectful but it seems there might be a pretty valid reason for that based on what theyre hinting, pretty good read and the children are adorable. Great world building so far

It gives the ick and the plot is.. ntr baiting. It's so poorly done that it makes you lose braincells and has the pornhwa logic touch to it, so like..? If you look at the other side, "BL written by men >>> women because next thing you know, it's non-con every chapter" is an argument that exists
