The only bad thing about this story is that it forces the +18 non-con or dub-con scenes which really feel unnecessary after 1 or 2 times bc the plot of the story is already good enough without including those scenes but sometimes I try not to be too picky about it because some authors confess that their own companies force them to include those scenes or they won't get work, it's something under contract... I suppose some authors don't care much or they're really very hard-hearted to say "I'm not going to include those scenes in my work until I feel they're necessary". A good example of this was Paskim in Lost in the Cloud, many fans kept insisting and practically ordering her to do +18 extras but she refused and good for her, nobody has the right to force you!
There's no doubt why Gidam won't let go of Yohan. He was the only one who supported him and stood by him despite his orientation, the criticism and the strict environment in which Gidam grew up. Many may not understand this because they haven't grown up under the strict rules of a religious family; the higher your parents' position within a religion, the stricter they will be! They must maintain an impeccable reputation to set a good example for others and avoid being questioned. They don't know the fear of making a mistake, sinning, being blamed for something you didn't choose.
Yohan's past is truly sad; he took all the blame just for helping his friend. I hope karma catches up with that idiotic groomer who pretends to be a "great Christian, a son of God."

A story that stands out among so many manhwas.
I've been following this manhwa for about a year now, and at first I found it difficult to read because I felt Yuwon's anxiety. They have both experienced many tragedies from a young age, so I can't completely hate their way of relating, since blaming/clinging to each other is their defense mechanism. If I were in their situation I would definitely have attempted su1c1de or fallen into drūgs due to the pressure and misery.. Living like that is not life. I love how the author manages to capture all their feelings so well, the psychological side without falling into the "love cures and fixes everything" trap. What I would like most is for both of them to go to therapy, to try to heal all the burdens they carry; perhaps there is a healthy version of themselves that can bring them happiness without obsession or guilt.
but now that we have it right in front of us I feel like I want to cry from nerves and excitement. I've been following this manhwa for over a year, it's one of the few I'd recommend for its plot. I don't want to let them go... but I want them to return to the real world and live a normal life without the fear of being killed in an endless loop. I'll really miss Bada's mastermind, Doha's obsessive but cunning nature (I don't know which of the two I'd want as a boyfriend haha), gae boyfriends and redhead who's a sweetheart ily man. Seongchan can go to hell for being a selfish and terrible friend, nobody can escape karma!!
When I was in b4t0 I used to be one of only 2 or 3 people who commented on this manhwa. Remember that not all men are very "masculine" regardless of their orientation, and that doesn't make them any less of a man. I have a friend who is a femboy (damn he dresses and does his makeup way better than I ever could) but he's had a girlfriend (cis woman) for years. If I'm not mistaken, the novel for this manhwa is from the early 2000s, hence why Arisa has a slim or androgynous build, these were the preferences that existed years ago in the old BL but thanks to Bara and Gymbros it's that muscular or robust men have become more popular. People don't owe you anything; everyone can express themselves and dress as they please. It's your problem if you want them to fit into your mold and way of thinking
It seems many are new to this but the BL subgenre dealing with beastfolks derived from inu or nekomimi was very common in manga back in the day. The good thing is that Kanto didn't end up as a dog but as he really was, a human! only with some habits from his brief time as a dog. This doesn't even fall under the furry category since it's not a beast or animal that walks on two legs and talks like a human

At first I didn't understand why another title appeared after The Flower of Aloshya but after reading some comments, I realized that The Mirror of Targo it's a sequel. I guess it's like King's Maker another manhwa based on BL novels that I highly recommend and perhaps the reason why I continue to follow this story, even though it's not as "wholesome". If r4pe, non-con, dub-con, indecisive feelings isn't your cup of tea, I recommend you don't follow it because you don't need to stress over something fictitious.. I think it's time to grow up and understand that if something contains topics you don't like at all, there's no need to insult and deny others the opportunity to read it and decide for themselves.
