One thing I loved about the s1 is that every chapter was like a whole story with the beginning and the end. In s2 every chapter ends in the middle of the conversation. It’s so frustrating. I love them so much. I love and respect the author. It became like most of other works, two drops of plot for 10 days. Sorry, I kept it so long

To be fair to Mok he has just gotten home from the hospital after passing out drunk. He hasn't eaten anything in days and he's all beat up from falling on his own in front of Nanjo's car, not to mention he was beaten up by Nanjo just before and self harmed, people are asking a big too much from him given that he should just rest and recover for now. And tbh I can't see s1 Mok coming back completely because that was mostly a fake persona, just like Nanjo fake-perfect, nothing can ever touch him, persona is fake, they showed their true selves to each other and I can't see them going back to that. Of course I hope that as Mok recovers he gets his confidence back but he already promised he'd treat Nanjo right.
