As per my understanding it mean to go somewhere daily orr (⊙…⊙ )
It’s just a verb that means ‘commutes to’ or ‘attend’.
So you could say something like- 東京から大阪に通います。I commute from Tokyo to Osaka.
Or for its other meaning you could say something like 大学に通います。I attend university.
You usually use に particle with it, and it’s a う verb (通う)
Oh and it’s doesn’t imply daily or anything, just something you do or have done

im so sorry boo, the best you can do is ask to get a loan, or ask your parents (someone you trust) for some cash, esp since it's your teeth, and they can get infected if you don't treat it, if they get to a point so bad, it can affect your jaw too so get them done ASAP
