omegaverse makes no sense in general... if omegas body is focused on carrying a child, why would any omegas have dicks? then again female alpha would be someone with a dick and breast to feed... to feed what? a child they won't be giving birth to? or can they do both? it's really confusing
and then there are betas who just reproduce normally...
if male omegas can both have a child and impregnate someone, as well as female alphas, then the rest of the genders are not really needed. and if they can't do both then them having double reproduction organs is useless.

To be honest, it really depends on what omegaverse you’re reading. I’ve read some where a/b/o can have kids, male and female, and I’ve read some where only omegas can have them. It’s just really helpful to have those guides on the beginning, so you know which omegaverse you’re getting, in a sense.
But yeah, you’re right, they really do freak out a lot of people (tbh I love them! Just really depends what you’re reading though)

Thank god they’ve only showed the omegas going into the OR and calling it good. I think my favorite MPREG is blood link. However the watermarks littering it on this site are atrocious. If I had a credit card or PayPal I would buy it on Lezhin but sadly I don’t so I’m stuck with poor cleaning, bad translations, and humongous watermarks with little transparency. It would be fine if the watermarks were either small and void of the faces or bodies or in the white or black patches that separate the panels but sadly you get infuriatingly large watermarks that cover 90% of the content.
