To be honest, it really depends on what omegaverse you’re reading. I’ve read some where a/b/o can have kids, male and female, and I’ve read some where only omegas can have them. It’s just really helpful to have those guides on the beginning, so you know which omegaverse you’re getting, in a sense.

Thank god they’ve only showed the omegas going into the OR and calling it good. I think my favorite MPREG is blood link. However the watermarks littering it on this site are atrocious. If I had a credit card or PayPal I would buy it on Lezhin but sadly I don’t so I’m stuck with poor cleaning, bad translations, and humongous watermarks with little transparency.
