Where is it? I can't find it anywhere for some reason like wth. Someone pls send me a link I'm begging
If you search up Thrive in Catastrophe you should be able to find it in novel updates. It doesn't show a lot of chapters, but when you are taken to where the chapters are, that actual website has many more chapters that are just not logged into novel updates. Idk if it is finished yet though. I haven't looked
I just don't understand people who take shit from other people. Especially harassment. Like grow a spine or report it to HR like what the hell. At worst just transfer to another company. like he has connections.
There’s ton of papers, studies and testimonies online on the subject. It’s alright to not know and not understand, empathy can take time to learn, and we cannot research on every subject in life.
But victims blaming is a douche move, to say the least.
So either you do your research, either you accept you don’t know and don’t go blaming the victims
Yeah, I guess it can be. In real life, going to the HR can always be a risk of it going against you. The way you are received depends on the professionalism and personality of the ones working in HR, and seeing as the MC already has rumors about him being a nepo baby, going to HR could create new rumors of him being a narc. So it’s a possibility that it could put him in a worse situation. Seeing his personality, he could also be thinking that this is not reason enough to complain to HR, that he is not a victim enough and that he might be too sensitive about it. In theory, he might know it’s bad. But when it really happens to him, the reality doesn’t quite match his theory and he doesn’t want to cause trouble to others because of something that “only happened” to him (which is something that happens to a lot of victims). As he only is an intern and this is the kind of place he has always wanted to work at, he might not want to make to much trouble nor stand out much by going to HR either. He might also think that things will calm down once his role is more stable and his work more recognized. Or that he will only have to endure that the length of his internship…
Those are a few reasons I can come up with on the spot, I hope this helps understand how he could be thinking

Like what was the point of hiding the note. Kind of weird and I don't know why it even happened. Like sure it was a student confiding in a specific teacher but why can't another teacher know?
